1 small bowl homemade chicken and vegetable soup
8:45 p.m.
3 oz baked skinless chicken
7 brussels sprouts
11:00 p.m.
5 mixed nuts
Water total: 75 oz
Workout: 90 min Bikram hot yoga session
Rundown: today was really good. I increased my water and protein amounts.
